Director of Pastoral Ministries (Full-Time)
St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Madison, WI is seeking a full-time Director of Pastoral Ministries to join our leadership team. This role supports the Pastor in advancing our parish mission by articulating and implementing a pastoral vision for the parish, assessing parish needs, developing and supporting ministries, forming lay leaders, and providing compassionate pastoral care to parishioners.
We are looking for:
- A practicing Catholic with a deep love for the Church
- 3-5 years of experience in parish ministry or leadership
- A strategic thinker who can also offer one-on-one pastoral support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A Master's degree in Theology or Pastoral Ministry is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
