Besides flyers, the Singles table in church, and this Web site, we use e-mail to communicate information on our events. There are approximately 100 people on our e-mail list.

To Send To Our E-mail List
A periodic e-mail message is sent to everyone on our e-mail list, containing all current Singles e-mail addresses. Please save only the latest of each of these e-mails to use to send messages to all Singles. With that message open, use your e-mail application's "Reply To All", or copy and paste addresses from an included text list into the "To:" field, change the e-mail subject line as appropriate, replace the message text, and send. Please note that some Internet Service Providers and e-mail services, such as Hotmail, purposely limit the number of addresses that can be sent to at once, to 50. If using a service that sets such a limit, and since the STA Singles e-mail list contains more than 50 addresses, to send to all on the list it is necessary to select groups of addresses (each with 50 or fewer addresses) and send e-mail to each group separately.
Some e-mail systems' spam filters remove e-mail received in HTML format, and some e-mail programs may not be able to display it. For best chance of message delivery to everyone, "Plain Text" or "Rich Text" mail formats are suggested when sending e-mail to the list. Send format options are usually adjustable in your e-mail software (i.e., Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, etc.). In a business environment, send format is often set by the system administrator.
