Theology of the Body for Teens:
Discovering God's Plan for Love and Life

Human beings were made for greatness. We were made to know God, know truth, and live life in a way that brings us peace and happiness. These pursuits are often difficult to reflect upon and come by in today’s distracting and permissive culture. Theology of the Body for Teens will help our young people to unlearn the misguided teachings of the modern culture and introduce them to the original beauty of God’s plan for humanity-communion with Him. Theology of the Body for Teens is open to all students in grades 9-12 and will meet for 10 sessions on a bi-monthly basis beginning on Thursday, January 10, from 7:00-8:15 p.m.

Parish Education

The Saint Thomas Aquinas Parish Education Program works for the total personal and spiritual growth of our children, teens, and adult members. Our Religious Education Programs touch the lives of our children, teens and families through the Word of God and their involvement in our parish community.

Our Religious Education Programs touch the lives of our children, teens and families through the Word of God and their involvement in our parish community.  We welcome the participation of all parish members as catechists at the various grade levels. Catechists must live their faith through regular Mass participation and stewardship. Each catechist will receive a background check and must attend a session called Protecting God's Children, which makes adults aware of the warning signs of a sexual predator. If you are interested in sharing your faith with the children of our parish, contact the religious education office at 833-2606.

Religious Education classes begin in mid September and end in the spring.  Classes meet once a week unless noted differently in the Religious Education Calendar or the parish bulletin.
